EEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!

The exact date isn't set, but sometime mid-September I will be going to Memphis, Tennesee to see my Dad and my sister Cindy! EEEEEEE!!!!!!!

I have NEVER met Cindy, and I haven't seen my dad since I was 7 or 8. Somewhere around there, so this is gonna be SOOOO great! Like a month and a half until I see them!

I gotta start paying attention to weather there, so I have an idea of how to pack. I'll probably stick to the basics of t-shirts, jeans, maybe a long sleeved shirt or two... I should probably try for a skirt or dress in case we go anywhere 'nice' to eat since I'll celebrate my 21st birthday here in Laramie with Mama and then they plan on celebrating with me again in Memphis....

And of course, if for no other reason than to keep busy on the plane (I'm terrified of heights and have only been on a plane ONCE and that was when I was like a toddler so I don't know how I reacted... eek... lol) I'll bring a couple of books... it'll depend on what I'm reading at the time... probably a Star Trek Novel (Enterprise, Deep Space Nine, or Voyager)... or maybe a classic sci-fi like opne of the Rama series...

I'll bring notebooks to do my own writing in... like write new chapters to some of my fics and my webseries...

I'll probably use my butt ugly orange leather/pleather bag for my stuff... get a cheap padlock to put on the zipper... lol and have a comparably small bag as a carryon... like my olive green/brown leather one... or maybe my bright yellow single strap backpack... lol

I am so excited! lol

Eeeeeeeeeeeeeee! I'm so excited for you! I didn't meet my sister until I was 12, so I know how you feel. lol Actually, I didn't meet either of my half sisters until then. :P I'm so happy for you!

Yay! :) That rocks. I've never been to Memphis but TN is beautiful - especially in the fall. How long will you be staying?

Not entirely sure yet. At this point the plan is I leave on Monday, September 13th, and I'll be there like 3 or 4 days. So I'd be back on the Thursday the 16th or Friday the 17th.

EEEEEEEE!!!!!! YAYAYAY!!!!!!!!!! I'm so excited for you!!!!!!!! Memphis--- well umm... yeah. Not the prettiest place in the world, watch where ya go. Also there is a lot of cool stuff there too though so I'm sure you will have a blast!!! Come and see me while your around this part of the country!! LOL

LOL! If I had a driver's liscense and could go off on my own, I would SOOO rent a car and go see you! lol But alas I don't have my liscense and even if I did, I'm broke! lol And I'l probably be with my Dad, my sister, and her family the entire time anyway.
