missmara13Go vote today. I know who I HOPE you'll vote for, who I hope (and think) will win, but really? The important part is that you vote for who YOU think is the right/best person to lead this country. Even if in your opinion they 'both suck', at least vote for the lesser of two evils... otherwise you have no business complaining about it later, because your vote, the votes of all those who don't vote because 'they both suck' could have been the votes that meant the difference between the person who'll do right by Americans, and the person who'll break this country down.
I slept like crap last night and woke up this morning feeling like crap warmed over and jsut wanted to pull the covers up over my head and sleep until I felt better. But I still went out and voted, then came home, changed back into my pajamas, took some yucky medicine, and settled down into a nest of pillows in front of a heater.
If I can do it when all I feel this awful? You sure as hell can go vote, too. And if you can't be bothered? Then don't bother complaining later.
That's my first and last comment on the election until this is over and I either cheer or bitch and moan, depending on who wins.
