missmara13Good News/Bad News kinda situation...
The Good News? I'll most likely have my laptop back, and working, by the weekend Possibly tonight, more likely sometime tomorrow.
The Bad News? They're gonna have to wipe it (erasing all my stuff) and reinstall windows because it's malware that fucked it up. So I'm gonna lose 9GB of music... BUT! I was smart and when I managed to get it up in Safe Mode With Networking, I uploaded the crucial songs, the ones that if I lost them I'd either never find again or have to pay to get off Amazon, to Mediafire, so I'll still have those. And I'm a member of some music communities, have links to other sites/communites/blogs for music, so I CAN recover most of it... it'll just take some time...
Now would be a good time for you guys to rec some music for me! What band do you think I've GOTTA check out? Is there a band that you hate except for one song? Is there a totally awesome cover song out there that you love? I'm obsessed with covers songs, so... yeah.... lol
Once I get some of my music collection back, I'll make a post reccing my favorites to you guys, including explaining WHY they're my favorites...
