Southland Season Finale Spoilers/Speculation?

Behind the cut are spoilers... or possible spoilers... mostly a random idea in my head...



Maybe I missed something key that makes it clear one way or another, but...

Is it just me or... did anyone else get the vibe that Cooper's 'friend' might actually be more like 'boyfriend' or 'partner'? Between the bickering at the beginning of the ep, and then at the end with the stealing of the beer and the elbow on Cooper's shoulder and the way Cooper looked at him?

Maybe I'm seeing Slash because, ironically, I was uploading a new Icon to use for my rare slash fics pretty much right during that scene... I would have used that icon for this post, but... lol... seemed to close to spoiler-y... maybe... lol

Maybe I'm just crazy, but... I got a vibe there...


Anyway, I also added a TON of new icons, all from my various Icon Prompt Tables I made myself... including FINALLY having several Apocalypse icons, a slash icon, a couple of generic couple icons, and a couple others I'm sure will come in handy... and I STILL have 50 open icon spots... lol

At the start I figured there was something more than just the delivery guy. At the end, definitely more of a boyfriend/partner - just the ease and closesness the two had with each other, including stealing the beer. But I'm wondering if it's a relatively new relationship or older one.
