Oliver's a catalyst in this case, he MIGHT turn up again later, but only if it works... lol... but the focus will of course be remaining on Ryan, Summer, the Cohens, and the dynamics of that group...
PDP is ALWAYS good! lol... And you're totally right, he needs to know he's needed, and Summer at least is ready to make sure he knows that. Dawn screwed him over by just taking all he had to offer (I totally believe in the truth behind all the pre-show fanfics that deal with him taking care of a drunk/high Dawn...) but without giving anything, except neglect and harsh words, in return.
Seth just keeps coming out as a moron in this fic... I don't know why, I used to absolutely adore him on the show (Of course, I was a total Ryan/"M" 'shipper for the early part of Season 1... lol... as my mom and I joked about something else, I'm a "Reformed Idiot".)... but yeah, he's kinda starting to get the message, he just needs to be hit over the head with it a couple more times... lol
As I said, Oliver appears in like the first half of next chapter, but then it's mostly Ryan/Summer and some Cohens... a little Seth/Becky too... lol... for some reason I like the little slut who slept with Seth when he was still with Summer... lol
