YAY!

I think the rest of my Amazon stuff came... i need to double check the full list of what I order later and make sure, but... yeah, I think this was the last of it... and it includes The OC Season one and Veronica Mars season one! So expect some The OC Season 1 related one shots over the next week... lol... and some The OC/Veronica Mars crossovers... maybe some art... which reminds me!

Remember last summer when I had like a week off in August and I basically said "If you want me to make an art involving specific characters, ask and I shall do"? I'm doing it again! I have 9 days before I have to be bakc at work (okay, TECHNICALLY I ahve to go in on Tuesday and Friday to water plkants, but we're tlaking like a half hour to an hour each of those days so they SO don't count! lol) and I WILL be making some art during those days (inbetween writing fic) so...

Any fandom you know I know (Including the fandoms I just bought on DVD, like Veronica Mars). Or any actor/actress that there are tons of available pics of (especially if I'm familair with them). Or give me a quote, a bit of text, or a song (or song lyric) and I will make something based around the concept of whatever... lol...

The OC - The Pilot - Rewatching So Many Years Later...

I can remember why I loved Ryan/Marissa at first. I mean, don't get me wrong, I'm not gonna start loving them together, or Marissa at all, again, but I can remember why I liked her and loved them as a couple. When the first episode aired, even during the first 8 or so episodes (I kept Liking R/M until later, around The Truth is when I stopped entirely), we didn't know how much M was made of Suck. She scoffed at Ryan's 'Whoever you want me to be' line, which I loved her for because, face it, that was a HORRIBLE line... lol... even if it was endearing coming from Ryan...

I still love The Pilot, all these years later. Ryan is and always will be love. I expected to hate Summer, Julie, and Luke, but instead I love them. I expected to always love Seth and Sandy but I disliked them sometimes, even hated them for brief periods, and Kirsten... I didn't know what to make of her, but by the end I liked her... maybe loved her a little.

But Ryan was, is, and always will be loved by me.

Anyone Remember My Fic 'The Unexpected'?

The Unexpected was a Ryan/Summer fic, 34 parts long (admittedly short parts, but still... 34 long... lol) that was one of my very first ever The OC fics, though I didn't post it until MUCH after I had written it before I was so unsure about it...

Anyway, I... I was rereading all the stuff I wrote for the Sequel, which would ahve taken place about 5 years after TU ended, and I realized that there was so much backstory from between the two stories that got mentioned, even talked about a little, but really deserved to be written...

So I think I'm gonna write that in between fic... starting shortly after TU ended and continuing through their Junior and senior years of High School... although TU may state they were about to be seniors because I wrote it back shortly after Season 1 ended, and we didn't know what year they were in high school... lol

I miss that universe. I miss Ryan calling Sandy and Kirsten 'Dad' and 'Mom', and Ryan and Summer ebing in love and Summer living in the poolhouse because her dad was a total ass and the Cohens rock and love her like a daughter... and I even love my version of Marissa in that universe... and you guys know how I feel about Marissa (::cough::PointsAtIcon::cough::)... lol
