You are NOT gonna believe this crap!

Okay, mom decided to set up the printer/scanner/copier today. Good, right? Wrong.

The driver thing isn't installed, instead they installed a fax driver instead. We don't have a fax.

Then, we discover the cord from the harddrive to the printer is missing. No, we didn't accidentlly through it out. They didn't send it! You have to order the printer cord seperate! An extra 20 bucks! No one told mom this when she ordered the computer, she didn't find out until she called to tell them the cord was missing. Why the hell would someone buy an entire brand new computers system and not get the printer cord? It should be packaged WITH the printer, damn it!

So now we gotta wait to use the printer. And mom is pissed. And I'm in a bad mood from haivng to listen to her bitch about it (Though I don't blame her in the slightest! They screwed us over!) Oh yeah, and at this point mom is THIS close to packing this thing back up and sending it back to them because it's really not that much better than our old computer! The only difference is it doesn't freeze entirely, it just partially freezes and won't close pop-ups unless you try to close them half a dozen times!

I need to track down where I uploaded my LJ icons to and switch to a new set to fit with my pissed-offed-ness. Maybe my 'Not Happy' Frowny Face icon,
'Nothing I've Become' AmTam icon, and... something else... maybe soemthing a bit more upbeat for if I get in a better mood soon. It was time to change icons anyway.

Later, if I can pull out of the funk (Gonna try writing Moments or WY to work out the angst) I'll post again, this tiem about how I plan on decorating my room ocne my bro gets married and moves out, and I move into his room, instead of my crappy tiny sectioned off portion of the living room bedroom.

My room decor...

Okay, I've been trying to pick a specific decor for a while, but I finally chose one.

First, I'm gonna be getting my mom's big like queensized bed and she's gonna take the twin bed that's currently in that room, so I get a big ass bed.

Now, for my chosen 'theme' for my room: Exotic/Tropical/Paradise type thing. Partially inspired by this exotic Indian (As in India) type tapestry I have on the wall of my current crappy tiny sectioend off part fo the livingrtoom I call my bedroom. lol We found it in the shed of the house we used to own before the bankruptcy. It's beautiful, and it's going to go over my bedroom window to keep out the draft in the winter.

Now, for colors, mostly deep/dark rich colors. Burgandy, blue, green, gold, those type of colors. There's lots of pretty accent stuff we can get for cheap at a local discount store, namely I want this pretty comforter they've got that's cream colored with Burgandy and dark green stripes. Very elegant looking, and better than my pink and whtie striped/rose print comforter I currently have... at least for this theme. There's also throw pillows that match that comforter. But really any nice deep/dark/rich colroed throw pillows would be nice. Then, there's a nice like rattan screen, and this wall plaque with pictures of exotic plants on them, and there's other little touches. Oh, and I'm gonna put glow in the dark stars and planets and stuff on my ceiling. And I might see if I can convince my mom to let me have some of our seashell collection in my room as accents.

I'm gonna have a lot of my stuffed animal collection on my bed, since I'll have room for it, but soem of them will probably remain in a net hammock attached to the ceiling. Or I may use the net to hold like my extra blankets for winter months... or I may use my trunk for that. Depends on how it works out.

Okay, do I have anything else to say? I don't think so... lol... I'm working on WY26, and once I finish it I'll work on Moments 17 (Or is it 18? I can't remember at the moment...). And yes Bri, I'll do my best to include Nam and/or Jaggie (Yes, lame nicknames but I'm bored... lol) in it. lol

I still need to pick different icons to replace the current ones. But now that I'm in a better mood, I'm thinking some non-depressed/angry ones... lol not sure which though... lol
