Fan-Damn-Tastic News!
Nov. 18th, 2003 11:21 amOkay, I wasn't so happy when my mom woke me up like EARLY (For me), but when she told me WHY I was THRILLED!
This morning mom ordered our new computer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The ship date is 'on or before' November 24th, so maybe we'll get it before Thanksgiving! Here's hoping! While we're doing the switch over and stuff like getting the new computer hooked up to the net, I may disappear for a few days, but I will be back and better than ever afterwards!
I'm gonna spend the enxt few days uploading all the stuff I NEED to make sure I don't lose, the ep guides for MOT, the ideas for HF, the one page info sheets on my varous webseries ideas, that type of stuff.
I spent like 2 hours this morning copying all the links form myf avorites that I don't wanna lose to an HTML file that I'm gonna upload. I'm also gonna upload some mp3/wav files I have to geocities, because they were HARD to find and I don't want to risk never finding them again... luckily most of my mp3s I got from one site that is on my html links file, so I can get them from there.
But isn't this fan-damn tastic? Soon, very soon, I will have a non-sucky computer! lol 40GB compared to our current 6GB...yes SIX! AND, and this is like the BEST part, a CD Burner! I'll be able to make my own mix CDs! WooHoo! Hey! Next b-day of yours, Laci, you might get a MOT soundtrack CD! lol
Anyone wanna suggest some songs for me to download? I'll try almost everything (Considering the fact that I have everything from Classical, to country, to pop, to rock, to a little punk on my playlist...), so suggest and when we ge tthe new comp connected, I'll get-a downloading to listen! And once I have money, I'll buy CDs of the bands/artists I like!
Okay, I'm gonna go now... lol Gotta do some uploading...
