omg... I feel sick to my stomach

Anti-Gay Minister Proposes Monument Denouncing Shepard
Anyone remember, 5 years ago, the young gay man, Matthew Shepard, who was between to death? It happened just outside of Laramie (My hometown), and it created this big stir. Well know this asshole minister, Rev. Fred Phelps wants a monument with Shepard's face on it and horrible comments about him.
This man isn't even from Wyoming, he's from kansas and he comes to OUR state and thinks he has a right to condemn an innocent young man who was murdered? Matt Shepard didn't deserve what happened and he was FAR from an 'abomination' or 'monster sin' against god. He did not 'enter hell' on October 12th, 1998.
That bastard... he better not come to protest in laramie again like he has in the past. if I hear about it in time, I'll go and tell him JUST what I think of him!
He quotes the bible as to why Matt was 'evil' and stuff. Well Phelps needs to remember the phrase 'Judge not lest ye be judged'. It's not Phelps' place to say who is evil and who isn't. It's God's. If GOD things Matt is evil, then he'll handle it his way. he doesn't need people like Phelps condemning others on his behalf. He cna do it himself.
Of course, I think a lot of people forget that simple verse/phrase/thing. I've had encounters with quite a few of them.
