When PO5 first began, Bailey was kinda right to be self righteous when it came to Charlie, who wasn't even TRYING right when the show began. But once Charlie moved into the house, he WAS trying, and Bailey was being a jerk a lot of times (Although through out the first season it was still somewhat understandable because he didn't trust Charlie to stick around)... but he kept treating Charlie like he ws unreliable even after Bailey became the unrelieable one (Bailey's drinking comes to mind... he was treating them ALL like shit during that)... and yeah, the whole custody thing kinda pissed me off... It's not like Charlie was being a bad parent-type to Owen, and all it did in the end was put Owen through MORE turmoil when the kid's life was already seriously f'd up!
