6 Things That Recently Made Me Happy

missmara13It's going around. I'm not tagging anyone, though.
001. This morning I told a coworker that I was gonna givew my 2 weeks notice tomorrow, and she was really upset and asked me to reconsider because I'm reliable that I'll be there on time and work hard.
002. Because I started feeling sick this morning, and pretty sure I wasn't gonna be able to come in tomorrow, I gave notice early, but my manager asked if I'd stay if I was switched to a shift that didn't involve being there at 6:30am (starting monday I'm working 8am to 4pm) so I guess they don't wanna lose me.
003. Last sunday, I ordered Party of Five Season One on DVD and a Supernatural tie-in book about the demons, monsters, spirits, and ghouls on the show, and they should be here sometime this week (I'm crossing my fingers that I can update this later and say at least one of them came today!).
004. Luke and Noah on ATWT make me smile constantly, they are just so sweet! Although all the assholes on the CBS boards who say negative things because they are closed minded bigots who call 6 minutes an ep, 2 eps a week, 'shoving it down' their throats, REALLY piss me off... grrr... but Luke/Noah=hotness=sweetness=LOVE!
005. Last week I mentioned in passing to my mom that I wanted to get some bubblebath so that when I take long hot baths to relax after work, I can feel even more relaxed, and on Monday afternoon, I came home to find that she'd bought me some! I have the best mom ever!
006. Torchwood and Captain Jack Harkness. How can I not be happy when this show is on the air and I get to see John Barrowman (Jack) every single week... plus? Jack/Ianto is totally hot... I watch eps multiple times just to see the boys... lol... It's somehow both more serious and yet just as funny as Doctor Who, and come on! Where else do alien entities make people horny and murderous? People make out in a morgue body drawer? The lead character die every other episode by always resurrect because he's f'ing immortal and may just end up becoming the giant head known as 'The Face Of Boe'? lol... and lines with Jack suggesting he's snogged non-humanoid lifeforms before... lol Yes, I am in love with this show and obssessed with it and with Jack... lol
Now, I'm gonna lay down on the couch and watch TV...
