Given the pain I'm feeling right now, it must be beautifully written. I love that the Nana and Caleb are taking care of him, carrying on where the Cohens gave up. I think I'm just glad he's got some love and compassion in his life. It seems very real, everything spiralling out of control until hearts are broken beyond repair.
