I have the *hugest* crush on Jensen Ackles, right now. It totally came out of nowhere. I mean, yeah, I loved "Supernatural", from the very start, but I didn't really form an obsession with Jensen Ackles until this summer. *shakes head in confusion* It just suddenly flared up.
I haven't been this gaga over someone since high school. It's actually a bit embarrassing.
I never watched "Dark Angel" when it was on. It came on against *something* else I watched, but I have no idea what. So I missed out on the loveliness that is Alec/Jensen. When I began to obsess over him, this summer, I actually went out and bought both seasons of DA, sight unseen, simply for the Ackles-ness of it. *grins*
I can't say that I really loved the show. There were parts that I thought were amazing, but the cheesiness was overpowering, especially throughout most of Season 2. It was like season 1 took itself *too* seriously, while season 2 made fun of itself.
But, suddenly, just near the end, I began to get really intrigued by the story. I think that White and his cult were the things that drew me in. The secrets.
But Alec/Jensen? Amazing. Always.
So, I loved this little story. I am a sucker for Jensen's characters in pain. He does it so well!
