lol... you might be happy to know that, while not connected to this universe or directly to the 'Family' universe (Although one of them could totally be backstory for 'Family' if you change one little detail... lol) I started a serious of Ryan/Brooke One-Shots, just little moments in their lives together... including the first time Brooke goes to Cohen Family Movie Night... and her first Chrismukkah... lol

Also, I love your idea of OC meets Higher Ground. I so see Ryan as Scott, Brooke as Shelby and who are we kidding, Marissa is so Julliette! I was genuinely upset when this show got cancelled because it was so good and was, of course, the first time I saw Hayden Christensen.

Exactly what I had in mind in terms of the 'casting'... lol... except I do hate to make Marissa into Juliette, because I liked Jules! lol... But it works so well, between the self destrive behavior and the factor that at first Scott and Jules 'dated', then Jules left him for Auggie... lol...

A while back, now all my info is gone thanks to the crash, but I had an idea for a webseries that was HG-ish... except more harsh, since one of the girls was gonna be pregnant and runaway so she could keep her baby... lol...
