I actually don't know if I should like Agent Prentiss after having seen the final scene of the season finale of CM. Two of the reasons for tuning in were Mandy Patinkin (Dead Like Me) and Thomas Gibson (Dharma & Greg) and it almost looks like the latter might be out of a job in season 3 - hope I didn't spoil anybody with that.
On to your story: I'm positively surprised because writing a TV-style story on CM has to be hard, considering their often long winded talks about victimology. Ryan and Brooke being captured in a single cell was a stroke of genius - one, I haven't seen any of that on CM before and two, what better bonding time than to escape a common adversary?
I do think that the idea of Ryan moving to Tree Hill is a bit out of the blue, then again I also think you kept some of his motivations from us on that topic ;) There's no surprise here that I'd enjoy a sequel too, my foremost question is Ryan's motivation to move.
