Ryan doesn't know how much they know... remember, he was kind of angry, ranting, and somewhat doped up when he was at the hospital and said that stuff about the group home. He doesn't really remember how much he said... WE know that Sandy and Kirsten know, but Ryan doesn't know that they know... lol
