Just saw this on someone else's journal and considering the fact that I'm almost halfway through a Queer As Folk marathon (gonna break the marathon to watch Stargate: Universe at 9), watching eps from when Lindsey and Mel were engaged and just before Michael and Ben (My favorite couple on QAF) met, it seemed highly appropriate to find and post...

So let me get this straight -- Larry King is getting his 8th divorce, Elizabeth Taylor is possibly getting married for a 9th time, Britney Spears had a 55 hour marriage. Jesse James and Tiger Woods are screwing EVERYTHING. And, yet the idea of same-sex marriage is going to destroy the "institution" of marriage?? Really? REALLY??
